We have +35 years' of experience in international negotiation. Our approach to international negotiation is used by private companies, government officials and international organisations.
A cross-cultural negotiation is complex and you will need to bring several skills into play simultaneously in order to succeed. Being good at English is therefore not enough.
The course intertwines language, culture and negotiation skills with real-life cases and exercises.
The course is for anyone who needs to lead or participate in negotiations in English with international customers, partners, etc.
You will receive a personalised 'toolbox' to help you develop the best possible negotiation strategy, navigate the cross-cultural negotiation situation and achieve better and more sustainable results.
All exercises are recorded on video. The video recordings will be used during the course and you will have access to them afterwards. You will also receive individual coaching and tips from your instructor.
The course includes a wide range of real-world cases and exercises, giving you plenty of opportunity to test yourself in different negotiation scenarios.
You'll gain insight into how cultural issues affect communication in a cross-cultural context.
