This course in negotation skills will give you an overview of formal and informal negotiations and enable you to achieve better results when negotiating on behalf of an agency, committee or ministry.
International Negotiation – Government Focus enables you to better decode signals, map out where the negotiation is going, and account for possible moves that best serve your mandate.
The course uses case studies where you will have the opportunity to test the tools and strategies in practice. We will record the exercises so we can review what happened together.
You will receive personal feedback on both negotiation techniques and language usage. Your English will get a solid boost, whatever your level.
