This course targets managers, HR staff and consultants who want to be better at understanding and dealing with linguistic and cultural differences when recruiting international candidates.
How we do it
You will be introduced to “best practices” within international recruitment. You will also acquire tools for dealing with linguistic and cultural differences between your organisation and the candidate you want to recruit.
The course instructors are Claus Adam Jarløv, MA in English and psychology and managing director of GlobalDenmark, and Christian Strøyberg, MSc in economics and business administration and Head of Sales and Marketing at GlobalDenmark.
Claus has more than 30 years’ experience in coaching and teaching executives, as well as senior and junior employees, in communication and cross-cultural understanding.
Christian has more than 10 years’ experience as a consultant for Danish and international enterprises in connection with recruiting the ideal candidate in both Denmark and abroad.
You will receive a diploma when you have completed the course.

What you get
